Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply in the following cases: 1) $ 10.00 for cancellation requests less than 24 hours before the original appointment date and time. 2) $ 35.00 for cancellation requests less than 12 hours before the original appointment date and time. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and sent to you within seven days of the cancellation date. However, please note that if services have already been rendered, a refund for the portion that has already been completed may not be possible. We appreciate your prompt communication and understanding in these matters.
